PALMIER COOKIE

Abra a massa folhada em uma superfície levemente enfarinhada, salpique açúcar cristal sobre toda a massa, na parte de cima e na parte de baixo, passe o rolo na superfície para grudar o açúcar cristal na massa. 

Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, sprinkle granulated sugar all over the dough, on the top and bottom, pass the rolling pin on the surface to stick the granulated sugar into the dough.

Marque uma linha imaginária exatamente na metade da massa no sentido do comprimento, lado maior, faça dois rolinhos, um vindo da esquerda e outro vindo da direita até encontrar os dois exatamente no meio, na linha imaginária, quando encontrar os dois rolinhos achate-os pressionando um contra o outro, retire as rebarbas e vá cortando os biscoitos um a um com no máximo 1,5cm de espessura, coloque em uma forma retangular lisa e leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 180º por cerca de 30 minutos ou até que os biscoitos estejam dourados. 

Mark an imaginary line exactly in the middle of the dough lengthwise, longer side, make two rolls, one coming from the left and one coming from the right until you find the two exactly in the middle, on the imaginary line, when you find the two rolls, flatten them pressing one against the other, remove the burrs and cut the cookies one by one with a maximum thickness of 1.5 cm, place in a smooth rectangular shape and bake in a preheated oven at 180º for about 30 minutes or until the cookies are golden.
