- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, sprinkle granulated sugar all over the dough, on the top and bottom, pass the rolling pin on the surface to stick the granulated sugar into the dough.
- Mark an imaginary line exactly in the middle of the dough lengthwise, longer side, make two rolls, one coming from the left and one coming from the right until you find the two exactly in the middle, on the imaginary line, when you find the two rolls, flatten them pressing one against the other, remove the burrs and cut the cookies one by one with a maximum thickness of 1.5 cm, place in a smooth rectangular shape and bake in a preheated oven at 180º for about 30 minutes or until the cookies are golden.
