  • wheat flour1/3 cup
  • chemical yeast1 tablespoon

  • condensed milk2 can(s)
  • powdered milk1 cup
  • butter2 tablespoon
  • sour cream1/2 can(s)
  • Blue food coloring. to taste
  1. Straight into the blender, place the eggs, oil, sugar and Paçoquitas.
  2. Whisk everything together and then pour it into a container.
  3. In the mixture, add the flour little by little and mix, finally, add the yeast.
  4. Grease the mold with a little butter or, if you prefer, you can use a mold release agent, and place the dough.
  5. Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes at 180°C.
  6. Do the toothpick test and when it comes out clean you can turn it off and remove it.
  7. With the dough ready, it was time to make the topping.
  8. In a pan, over medium heat, place the condensed milk, butter and powdered milk.
  9. Stir until it releases from the pan, remove from the heat, wait for it to cool a little and add the cream.
  10. Add a few drops of food coloring and mix.
  11. Pour the frosting over the dough, garnish and finish, just dive into this delight.
