  • Whole milk300 ml
  • Whole eggs2 unit(s)
  • Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
  • Paçoca in cork8 unit(s)
  • Refined sugar2 cup
  1. Syrup: First, melt the sugar over low heat. When it is melted, add 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir until it forms a syrup. Put it in a shape and let it caramelize.
  2. Pudding: Place all ingredients (except sugar) in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Pour this mixture into the caramelized form and bake in a bain-marie at 180 degrees for 1:30 hour.
  3. Let cool completely before disinforming. Decorate with 2 or 3 crumbled paçocas. Serve cold.
