Paçoca ice cream with Nutella

Em uma tigela média, comece adicionando 4 paçocas de rolha e com a ajuda de um garfo, amasse elas bem.

Adicione sobre as paçocas, o leite condensado e volte a misturar tudo muito bem. por fim reserve ao lado.

Agora em uma outra tigela, adicione o creme de leite fresco bem gelado, bata tudo com uma batedeira até ficar em picos firmes.

Passe toda a mistura de paçoca para dentro dessa tigela com o creme e com uma espátula, misture tudo muito bem até que homogenize.

Após ter feito isso, coloque toda essa mistura dentro de um refratário de 17cm e por cima, coloque as 4 últimas paçocas trituradas para decorar.

Por fim, coloque o creme de avelã nos quatros cantos do refratário e com um garfo, de uma leve misturada, leve para o congelador até virar sorvete.

In a medium bowl, start by adding 4 paçocas of cork and with the help of a fork, mash them well.

Add the condensed milk over the paçocas and mix again very well. Finally, book on the side.

Now in another bowl, add the well-chilled fresh cream, beat everything with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Pass all the paçoca mixture into this bowl with the cream and with a spatula, mix everything very well until it homogenizes.

After doing this, place all this mixture inside a 17cm refractory and on top, place the last 4 crushed paçocas to decorate.

Finally, place the hazelnut cream in the four corners of the refractory and with a fork, mix lightly, take it to the freezer until it becomes ice cream.
