- Topping Ingredients: 1 tbsp of sour cream 2 milk chocolate bars Preparation: Boil the cream box and pour all the chocolate, mix until everything melts and is very homogeneous. Unite a shape with oil and pour all the chocolate, take it to the freezer until it gets hard. Leave it there and go make the ice cream.
- Ingredients ice cream 10 crushed paçocas 2 tbsp of condensed milk 2 tbsp of sour cream 700ml of milk 2 tbsp of corn starch 2 gems 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence Preparation: Pour all the ingredients into the pan, mix well until it is very homogeneous, take it to the fire until it becomes a thick cream.
- Once ready, pour it into the form with the chocolate and take it back to the freezer for at least 8 hours.
- To unmold, take it out of the freezer, let it thaw a little, then take it to the fire to melt the chocolate (quickly), remove from the heat, run a knife along the sides to help release and unmold.
- It should be kept in the freezer, whenever you are going to serve it, just go down first.
