  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Paçocas20 unit(s)
  • Colorless unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Maizena Biscuit400 g
  1. Grind the paçoca, reserve a little of the flour and 3 whole ones to decorate. In a refractory mix the cream, condensed milk and paçoca flour.
  2. Add the already hydrated gelatin and mix well. Cover with cling film and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from the freezer and give it a stir. In a transparent refractory place a layer of this cream, one of cake, another of cream, another of cookie, finish with cream.
  4. Place in the freezer for another 3 hours. Remove from the freezer and decorate with the rest of the paçoca flour and the whole paçocas or to your liking. serve.
