- Blend all ingredients, except grated coconut, in a blender for 3 minutes.
- Mix in the shredded coconut using a spatula.
- Place in 6 greased ramekins.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
- It can be served hot or cold. Optional: accompany ice cream.
