- Grated Coconut100 g
- Separate the whites from the yolks.
- Beat the butter and 4 tablespoons of sugar in the mixer until it forms a very light cream. Add the yolks and continue beating.
- Add the condensed milk and coconut, beat a little more and set aside.
- Beat the egg whites and add 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- Gently mix the meringue to the cream with yolks.
- Pour into individual forminhas or greased form with butter.
- Bake at 180° until golden, approximately 20 minutes.
