- Recipe
- Fresh cream200 ml
- 70% or milk or semisweet chocolate90 g
- Organic Honey (general honey)4 tablespoon
- Honey for topping to taste
- Place the fresh cream in the mixer and beat until it reaches the point of chantilly
- Remove from the mixer and mix with the Organic honey
- Place in silicone cupcake molds or ice cream molds
- Place in the freezer for a couple of hours
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds
- Unmold the ice creams and put the melted chocolate on top
- Take it to the freezer for another 40 minutes and that's it đ
- Tip: Remove from the freezer and serve with honey to taste (optional)
