- Whole Milk Powder2 unit(s)
- Chocolate Powder2 tablespoon
- Organic Honey (Gerais honey)4 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Butter or margarine or coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Semisweet Chocolate150 g
- Dulce de leche6 tablespoon
- Place the eggs in a bowl and beat until frothy.
- Add oil, milk, butter, honey and mix well.
- Add the milk powder, chocolate powder and flour and stir until smooth, lastly add the baking powder and mix well
- Grease silicone molds for cupcakes and place the dough
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Expect to cool down completely and unmold
- Cut in half and put the dulce de leche inside each honey bread.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds
- Cover all honey bread with melted chocolate and place on a platter lined with cling film.
- Take it to the fridge for a couple of hours and unmold, ready 😋
