  • Whole milk1/2 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • Demerara or brown sugar1 cup
  • Organic Honey (Gerais honey)1/2 cup
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Chocolate powder1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon Powder1 teaspoon
  • Pinch of Clove Powder1 unit(s)
  • Ginger Powder1 coffee spoon
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Dulce de leche for topping to taste
  • Sprinkles to decorate to taste
  1. Place the eggs, milk, honey, sugar and oil in the blender and beat well for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, sift the chocolate powder, wheat flour and add the mixture beaten in the blender, stir until smooth.
  3. Add cinnamon powder, clove powder and ginger powder and mix well
  4. Lastly, add the baking powder and gently mix until smooth.
  5. Place the cupcake baking papers in the silicone cupcake liners
  6. Fill the cupcake molds a little more than halfway with the batter.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  8. Expect to cool down completely and unmold
  9. Cover your cupcakes with dulce de leche and decorate with chocolate sprinkles 🧁😋
