- oreo cookie30 g
- cream cheese250 g
- white chocolate340 g
- In the processor, grind the Oreo cookies well.
- In a bowl, arrange the crushed cookies and cream cheese (softened). Mix well until everything is incorporated.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Melt the white chocolate (I used the fractionated one) in the microwave every 30 seconds to avoid burning.
- Take the bowl out of the fridge and make balls the size of a brigadeiro. Then dip them in melted chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Decorate the truffles with some crushed Oreo cookies.
- Take it to the fridge for another 30 minutes, just for the chocolate to firm up.
