  • Fractionated white chocolate or 4 chocolate bars400 g
  • Oreo cookie20 unit(s)
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate egg mold from 200g to 350g1 unit(s)
  1. In a pan, take the brigadeiro, milk cream, butter and 8 broken oreo cookies, stir until you have a spoonful of brigadeiro
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie stirring well or in the microwave every 15 minutes, then crush 6 cookies and mix in the melted chocolate
  3. Pour the melted chocolate with the biscuits into the egg mold and spread it out filling it well, remove the excess and place it in the freezer for 10 minutes, repeat this process until your eggshell is the desired thickness, always taking it to the freezer
  4. Then remove carefully from the mold, and fill with the Oreo brigadier, finally break the remaining cookies and decorate on top and that's it
