Oreo Parfait

Faça uma mousse: 
Derreta o chocolate e reserve. 
Bate o açúcar com os 50g de claras ou 50g de creme de leite até ficar semi montado, e misture ao chocolate.

Make a mousse:
Melt the chocolate and set aside.
Beat the sugar with the 50g of egg whites or 50g of cream until semi-assembled, and mix with the chocolate.

Chantilly:
Bata os 100g de creme de leite em bico firme e reserve.

Chantilly:
Whip the 100g of heavy cream in a stiff peak and set aside.

Monte seu parfait em taça, semelhante a foto. 
Base de mousse, biscoito quebrado, chantilly... e assim por diante.

Assemble your parfait in a cup, similar to the photo.
Mousse base, cracked biscuit, whipped cream... and so on.
