Creme belga : misture as 3 colheres de maizena com medade do leite,  após disolverr  ligue o fogo em fogo baixo misture  o resto do leite , 1 caixa de leite condesado,  após  cozinhar acrescente  a colher de essecia  de baunilha . Deixe esfriar e reserve 

Belgian cream: mix the 3 spoons of cornstarch with half of the milk, after dissolving, turn on the fire on low heat, mix the rest of the milk, 1 box of condensed milk, after cooking add the spoon of vanilla essence. Let cool and set aside

Recheio  de oreo : separe o recheio do biscoito,  acrescente  uma  caixa  de creme de leite  e 2 colheres de leite condesado  e misture  tudo e deixe velar por 15 minutos  e reserve , após  isso com a sobra do biscoito  quebre ele em pequenos  pedaços. 

Oreo filling: separate the filling from the biscuit, add a box of cream and 2 tablespoons of condensed milk and mix everything together and let it rest for 15 minutes and set aside, after that, with the leftover biscuit, break it into small pieces.

Terceira opção de recheio  pode ser do tradicional brigadeiro

Montagem : começe com uma camada de biscoito quebradinho em seguida acrescente  o creme belga , logo em seguida com a camada de brigadeiro , vai fazendo essas camadas ate chegar  no topo , decore com granulado e biscoito  oreo no topo . Deixe tudo na geladeira  por peloenos 20 minutos  para ficar geladinho.

Assembly : start with a layer of shortbread then add the Belgian cream , then with the layer of brigadeiro , make these layers until you reach the top , decorate with sprinkles and oreo cookies on top . Leave everything in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to chill.
