- In the blender add condensed milk, cream, milk and oreo cookies.
- Beat until it's homogeneous, if you prefer it to have little pieces, beat less.
- If you want, you can put pieces of the biscuit in the bag.
- Fill the baggies, tie with a knot and place in the freezer for approximately 6 hours or until hardened.
- Serve chilled
