- Butter4 tablespoon
- Whipped cream250 ml
- Cream cheese100 g
- Icing sugar3 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract tea1/4 teaspoon
- Basis In a bowl, mash the Oreo cookies together with the filling until they are fine powder or turn to powder. Then add the Butter and mix well until it forms a compact, sandy base. Pour the mixture into the mold and spread with the help of a spatula until you get a uniform and flat base. Reserve.
- Fill With the help of an electric mixer, beat the cream at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes until doubled in size. You should get a smooth, creamy mixture. Reserve.
- Filling In a bowl, add the cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla and beat in an electric mixer until creamy.
- Then, combine the two mixtures in a single bowl and integrate well. Also, crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces and add to the filling mixture. With the help of a spatula, integrate the mixture with the Oreo cookies and mix well. Then, pour the filling over the base of the form until it reaches the edge. Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours until firm.
- Roof: Heat 1 cup of heavy cream in a bain-marie with 200 g of chocolate icing and sugar to taste. When you have a thick and homogeneous mixture, let it cool a little and add to the cheesecake on top.
