Sugar1 cup
Orange (skin and pit only)1 unit(s)
Egg1 unit(s)
Gem1 unit(s)
Butter1 tablespoon

Add the orange, egg, yolk and butter and blend in a blender for 1 min.
Add the sugar and beat
Then the flour and beat for 2 min.
Place in silicone molds, take to the fire in a bain-marie, for approximately 20 min.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour - unmold cold
