Fresh grated coconut3 tablespoon
Orange juice1/2 cup
Cloves1 unit(s)
Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
Nutrin Senior no lactose-free flavor6 tablespoon
Water2 tablespoon

In a refractory container with high edges, place the coconut, orange juice, cloves, cinnamon and sugar and microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
Remove from microwave, mix well and let cool.
Add the Nutrin Senior dissolved in the water and mix well. Remove the cloves and cinnamon and let it chill for about 30 minutes in the fridge.Serve.
