  • Crystal sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Oil120 ml
  • Orange3 unit(s)
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Icing sugar1 tablespoon
  1. In the blender: The eggs The sugar The oil Juice of 2 oranges 1 orange, peeled and seeded (cut into 4 parts to make it easier to remove the seeds) Beat for 3 minutes
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the sifted flour
  3. Mix with a fuet
  4. Add the baking powder, and mix gently.
  5. Pour in greased and floured form I used one of 25 cm in diameter by 5 cm in height.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes and do the toothpick test.
  7. Sprinkle icing sugar
