- grated coconut3 tablespoon
- Essence of laeanja1 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Make a syrup with sugar and put it on a platter. Sprinkle with grated coconut and set aside.
- In the blender, beat the egg, condensed milk, orange juice, cornstarch and essence. After beaten, put it on top of the syrup and take it to the oven to bake in a bain-marie. Once cool, put it in the fridge to chill.
