  • Pure orange juice200 ml
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  1. Caramelize the pudding mold with the 3 tablespoons of sugar and set aside.
  2. In a container, beat the eggs and sugar, after well beaten, add the juice and beat a little more.
  3. Take this well-beaten mixture and put it in the caramelized form.
  4. Place in a bain-marie to bake for 30 or 40 min. Let it cool and then unmold.
