- Condensed milk250 ml
- Sour cream250 ml
- Pure orange juice200 ml
- Agar agar (or gelatin of your choice)1/2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon is nutmeg to taste
- In the blender add the condensed milk and the cream. Beat for 1 minute on low speed to blend.
- Add the orange juice dissolved with agar agar and the spices and beat for another 1 minute.
- Pour into a container of your choice and refrigerate.
