- Butter at room temperature120 g
- Refined sugar120 g
- Wheat flour120 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Orange1 unit(s)
- Baking powder5 g
- In a large bowl or mixer, beat the butter and sugar until very creamy.
- Add one egg at a time, incorporating well before adding the next.
- Add the orange zest, and then with a sieve add the juice. Whisk to incorporate.
- Add the sifted flour and yeast, stir well with a spatula to incorporate and get a homogeneous mass.
- Grease and pass sugar in a 25 cm removable bottom tin. Put the dough in the shape and take it to the oven at 180 degrees until it's golden on the edges and on the surface.
- Unmold when it reaches room temperature.
