  • Butter at room temperature120 g
  • Refined sugar120 g
  • Wheat flour120 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Orange1 unit(s)
  • Baking powder5 g
  1. In a large bowl or mixer, beat the butter and sugar until very creamy.
  2. Add one egg at a time, incorporating well before adding the next.
  3. Add the orange zest, and then with a sieve add the juice. Whisk to incorporate.
  4. Add the sifted flour and yeast, stir well with a spatula to incorporate and get a homogeneous mass.
  5. Grease and pass sugar in a 25 cm removable bottom tin. Put the dough in the shape and take it to the oven at 180 degrees until it's golden on the edges and on the surface.
  6. Unmold when it reaches room temperature.
