  • Orange juice2 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Flour3 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Orange zest1 tablespoon
  • Syrup - sugar1 cup
  • Orange juice1/2 cup
  1. Beat the eggs, juice, oil, sugar in a blender.
  2. Transfer to a bowl adding the flour, baking powder and zest and beat with a foued until a homogeneous mass.
  3. Then pour into a roasting pan with a hole in the middle greased with margarine or butter and flour or use a mold release agent. Place in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
  4. Once out of the oven, let it cool to unmold.
  5. For the syrup: Put the sugar and juice in a mug on the fire and stir until it boils, then put it in the cake while it is still warm. You can also add orange zest to decorate. Enjoy your food!!
