  • Oil1 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Strained orange juice1 cup
  • Corn starch1 tablespoon
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  1. Cut the orange into 4 pieces, remove the white part of the core and the seeds.
  2. Blend the oranges, oil, eggs and sugar in a blender.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour and yeast.
  4. Add the contents of the blender to the mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon (do not hit the mixer)
  5. Take it to the medium oven for approximately 35 minutes in a greased shape with wheat flour.
  6. For the frosting: mix the orange juice with the cornstarch and half a cup of sugar. Bring to a boil until thickened. Cover the cake with the still warm syrup.
