- Oil1 cup
- Orange juice2 unit(s)
- Orange Peel1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, sugar, orange juice, orange peel and oil in a blender.
- Then add the liquid in a bowl and add the flour. Mix well and then add the yeast.
- Mix some more.
- Put it in a greased shape with flour (I particularly love to grease it with margarine and sugar)
- Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes at 160 degrees.
- After it bakes, you can dip it in orange juice, it's delicious.
