  • Demerara sugar1 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon

  • Sunflower oil1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence to taste
  • Oat flour2 cup
  1. Blend the two oranges with the peel, the eggs, the oil and the vanilla essence in a blender. separate this mixture
  2. Then add the oat flour, demerara sugar and yeast. Mix and then place in the liquid mass.
  3. Then put the dough in a greased shape with butter and oatmeal and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes, wait to cool and serve.
