- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Orange zest to taste
- Start by beating the eggs, orange, sugar, oil in a blender until you get a lump-free mixture.
- Then put this mixture in a bowl, add the zest and sifted wheat flour and mix without beating the dough.
- Finally add the yeast and incorporate the dough. Put the dough in a greased shape and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180°.
