  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  1. In a pan, put the condensed milk and margarine, take it over low heat and keep stirring until it reaches the point of brigadier.
  2. Turn off the heat and add the cream.
  3. Once it cools down, you can mount the bonbon on a platter or in bowls, a layer of cream and a layer of strawberry, finally another layer of cream.
  4. If you like, you can put a ganache on top. It's optional.
