Eggs3 unit(s)
extra virgin coconut oil1/2 cup
demerara sugar1 cup
Banana3 unit(s)
raisins1/2 cup
Apples3 unit(s)
cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
Nuts1/2 cup
baking powder.1 tablespoon

In a bowl place the bananas and mash, then add the eggs and mix everything very well.
Add the oil, sugar and cinnamon powder, mix a little more until smooth.
Soon after, gradually add the oatmeal and mix until the dough is smooth, then add the apple, raisins and walnuts, mix some more.
Then, finish the dough with the baking powder, then grease a mold of your choice with oil and flour.
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, if necessary, do the toothpick test. Serve immediately.
