- Olive oil100 ml
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Yeast2 teaspoon
- In the blender, put the sliced bananas, oats, yeast, eggs, oil and honey. Beat until you get a homogeneous mass if you wish you can put some whole raisins
- Grease and grease a round mold with a removable base and pour the mixture
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden. When inserting the toothpick it may come out a little wet.
