  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Milk400 ml
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Refined sugar1/2 cup
  1. Start by making a dry caramel with the sugar and spread it all over the pan.
  2. Blend all other ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  3. Pour this pudding mixture into the mold with the caramel. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1h40m.
  4. Take it to the fridge and unmold it.
  5. Tips for unmoulding: Run a knife around the edge of the pudding and place the mold for a minute on the stove flame so that the caramel melts and the pudding comes off the mold more easily.
