- Eggs (whites and yolks separated)3 unit(s)
- Sugar3 cup
- Margarine1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Chopped walnuts1 cup
- Natural Yogurt200 g
- Whip the egg whites and set aside. Whisk the yolks, sugar and margarine.
- Add the flour, yeast and walnuts. Add the yogurt and mix well.
- Mix the beaten egg whites. Place in a greased and infarinhada shape and bake for 35 minutes in a preheated medium oven.
