- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Chopped walnuts to taste
- Prepare the dulce de leche: Remove the label from the can and place in a pressure cooker.
- Cover with water, cap and let cook for 30 minutes after taking pressure. Wait for it to cool down before opening the can.
- For the cake, in a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar.
- Add the margarine and mix until it becomes a very fluffy cream.
- Add the flour and milk and mix until it becomes a very smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Add vanilla essence and baking powder. Mix gently.
- Place this dough in a greased baking dish sprinkled with flour and bake for 40 minutes in a medium oven at 180°C.
- For assembly: Develop the cake and cut in half. Water this cake with a syrup of your preference. (I use a syrup made with water, vanilla essence and sugar. And just take everything in the fire until it reduces.)
- Spread dulce de leche in half of the dough and spread chopped nuts over the dulce de leche.
- Cover with the other half of the cake and decorate with whipped cream and walnuts.
