- Separate the whites from the yolks. In a bowl, beat the whites in the mixer until snow point and set aside.In another container, place the Butter and the sugar and beat in the mixer until a pale mass and add the yolks one by one, beat until well mixed. mixer, stirring with foul , add the sifted starch and rice flour. Add the walnuts, stirring gently, finally the snow whites and the baking powder. Put the dough in a medium shape, greased with butter and flour, and take it to the oven at medium temperature for approximately 40 minutes. Once ready, unmold.
