Separe as claras da gemas. Em uma bowl, bata as claras na batedeira até ponto de neve e reserve.Em outro recipiente, coloque a Manteiga e o açúcar e bata na batedeira até ficar uma massa clarinha e junte as gemas uma a uma,bata até misturar bem.Fora da batedeira, mexendo com foul , junte  o amido e farinha de arroz peneiradas. Junte a nozes mexendo com delicadeza , por último as claras em neve e o fermento .
Coloque a massa em uma forma média, untada com manteiga e farinha, e leve ao forno em temperatura média por aproximadamente 40 minutos. Depois de pronto desenforme .

Put the dough in a medium shape, greased with butter and flour, and take it to the oven at medium temperature for approximately 40 minutes. Once ready, unmold.



 
 




Em uma panela, coloque os leite , açúcares e mexa até soltar do fundo desligue o fogo .
Cubra todo o bolo e decore com as nozes trituradas e flores comestíveis.
