1 Bata as claras em neve e reserve.

2 Bata as gemas, o açúcar e a margarina.

3 Junte a farinha de trigo, o fermento e as nozes.

4 Acrescente o iogurte e mexa.

5 Misture as claras batidas em neve.

6Coloque em uma forma untada e enfarinhada e asse por 35 minutos em forno médio preaquecido.
