1 1/2 cup sugar240 g
3 cups of wheat flour300 g
1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
1/2 cup oil100 ml
1/2 cup of milk100 ml
Beetroot300 g
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar5 g
Condensed milk to taste
grated coconut to taste

Place the beetroot, eggs, sugar, oil and milk in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
In a bowl place the wheat flour, add the beaten liquid, the vanilla sugar and stir until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous mass.
Add the baking powder and mix gently.
Grease a rectangular shape with margarine, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven, pierce the entire cake with a toothpick, pour in condensed milk and grated coconut to taste. Help yourself.
