- Coconut oil1/4 cup
- Almond flour1 cup
- Cinnamon Powder2 coffee spoon
- Coconut milk4 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Beat the egg, 1/2 cup of the sweetener and the coconut oil in a blender for 5 minutes, until it becomes whitish.
- In a container, mix the almond flour and 1 spoon of cinnamon.
- Then, add the whipped cream to the blender.
- Add the coconut milk and stir until the dough is homogeneous.
- Lastly, add the baking soda and mix delicately.
- Pour the dough into silicone molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the rest of the cinnamon and sweetener in a plate and set aside.
- When the dumplings are ready, pass them on topping.
