  • Xylitol3/4 cup
  • Coconut oil1/4 cup
  • Almond flour1 cup
  • Cinnamon Powder2 coffee spoon
  • Coconut milk4 tablespoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  1. Beat the egg, 1/2 cup of the sweetener and the coconut oil in a blender for 5 minutes, until it becomes whitish.
  2. In a container, mix the almond flour and 1 spoon of cinnamon.
  3. Then, add the whipped cream to the blender.
  4. Add the coconut milk and stir until the dough is homogeneous.
  5. Lastly, add the baking soda and mix delicately.
  6. Pour the dough into silicone molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, mix the rest of the cinnamon and sweetener in a plate and set aside.
  8. When the dumplings are ready, pass them on topping.
