- Chilled mineral water250 ml
- Chilled sparkling water100 ml

- Blend the pineapple, mineral water, coconut milk and sugar in a blender until smooth.
- Pass the mixture through a sieve, transfer to the serving bowl, add the ice.
- Add the sparkling water, decorate as you prefer and serve immediately.
