  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Powdered milk3 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Maizena Biscuit to taste
  • Milk to taste
  1. Make the white brigadeiro with condensed milk, nest milk and butter
  2. When ready, add the cream and set aside.
  3. Make the filling of your choice (in my case I chose strawberry jam)
  4. In a refractory, intersperse layers of the nest brigadeiro with layers of the strawberry jam
  5. Remember to soak the cornstarch in the milk (1 layer of the nest brigadeiro, 1 layer of the cornstarch biscuit soaked in the milk and 1 layer of the filling of your choice
  6. Finish if you want with powdered milk on top
  7. Leave in the freezer for at least 2 hours
