Chopped Strawberries300 g
Milk Powder1 cup
condensed milk395 g
Sour cream400 g
Whole milk300 ml
Sugar3 tablespoon

In the blender I beat the ingredients except the strawberries and sugar. I took the blender mix to the freezer for 1 hour.
In a pan I put the chopped strawberries and sugar, I took it to the fire until it turned into a jelly.
I removed the ice cream from the freezer and beat it in the mixer until it was very creamy and doubled in volume. I put it in a pot, over the ice cream I put the jelly (cold) mixed it with a toothpick and took it to the freezer for 3 hours. Served with some leftover jam.
