Nest pot cake with chocolate ganache

Para o bolo: na batedeira adicione ovos e o açúcar peneirado. Bata até que o açúcar dissolva totalmente. Após adicione o óleo a fio, posterior à água morna e misture.
Desligue a batedeira e peneira a farinha de trigo e o fermento. Bata novamente até que torne-se uma mistura homogênea.
Unte uma forma (usei a aro 20cm) e despeje a massa do bolo. Leve para assar a 180 graus por cerca de 40 minutos. Após retire do forno e reserve para esfriar

For the cake: in the mixer add eggs and the sifted sugar. Beat until the sugar dissolves completely. After adding the oil by thread, later to the warm water and mix.
Turn off the mixer and sift the wheat flour and baking powder. Beat again until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Grease a mold (I used a 20cm rim) and pour the cake batter. Take to bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Then remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

Recheio: no liquidificador adicione o leite condensado, 200g do creme de leite e o Leite Ninho. Misture até que vire um creme homogêneo. Reserve

Stuffing: in the blender add condensed milk, 200g of cream and Leite Ninho. Mix until it becomes a homogeneous cream. Reserve

Cobertura ganache de chocolate: em um bowl adicione o chocolate picado, derreta em banho maria ou no micro-ondas. Adicione 100g do creme de leite. Mexa até virar um creme homogêneo e reserve 

Chocolate ganache frosting: in a bowl add the chopped chocolate, melt in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Add 100g of cream. Stir until it becomes a homogeneous cream and set aside

Montagem: em potinhos (usei de 250ml) adicione pedaços da massa, umideça com calda de sua preferência. Posterior adicione um pouco do recheio de Leite Ninho. Repita o processo fazendo uma segunda camada.
Coloque ganache de chocolate por cima e decore com preferir.
A decoração na foto foi feita colocando um pouco do recheio de Leite Ninho num saco de confeitar. Cortei a pontinha e fiz o desenho por cima da ganache

Assembly: in little pots (I used 250ml) add pieces of dough, moisten with syrup of your choice. Later add some of the milk filling. Repeat the process making a second layer.
Put chocolate ganache on top and decorate as you prefer.
The decoration in the photo was made by putting a little of the Leite Ninho filling in a pastry bag. I cut the tip and made the design over the ganache
