  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Milk powder2 cup
  • Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
  1. In a pan or milk jug, hydrate the gelatin by mixing it with 4 tablespoons of water at room temperature and set aside.
  2. Blend the condensed milk and the cream in a blender.
  3. Then add the powdered milk, beat again and set aside.
  4. Dissolve the hydrated gelatin with 1 cup of water over low heat.
  5. Mix the dissolved gelatin with the cream and hit the blender again.
  6. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate for 2 hours to harden.
