Numa panela adicione o leite condensado, o creme de leite e o leite Ninho. Misture em fogo baixo até atingir o ponto de brigadeiro para recheio (quando desgrudar do fundo da panela)
Reserve o brigadeiro e deixe esfriando

Para isso no caso de chocolate Nobre é necessário realizar temperagem (fazer conforme a embalagem indica) ou no caso de cobertura não há necessidade de temperar.

Derreta o chocolate e leve em uma forminha de 3 partes.
Coloque chocolate até a marca que indica o limite, coloque o silicone e depois a outra parte da forma.
Leve a geladeira até que o chocolate endureça (a forma fica fosca)
