NEST MILK platter

No liquidificador, bata o leite condensado, o creme de leite e o leite em pó até homogeneizar. Transfira para uma panela e leve ao fogo médio, mexendo até engrossar levemente. Deixe esfriar.

Misture o chocolate com o creme de leite até ficar cremoso. Em um refratário médio, faça uma camada com metade da musse de leite Ninho®, espalhe a ganache de chocolate e cubra com a musse de leite em pó restante. Decore com raspas de chocolate e leve à geladeira por 2 horas antes de servir.

In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the powdered milk until homogenized. Transfer to a pan and place over medium heat, stirring until slightly thickened. Let cool.

Mix the chocolate with the cream until creamy. In a medium refractory, make a layer with half of the Ninho® milk mousse, spread the chocolate ganache and cover with the remaining powdered milk mousse. Decorate with chocolate shavings and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
