Condensed milk1 can(s)
Icing sugar1 cup
Powdered milk until set0 to taste
Hazelnut cream or dulce de leche for filling0 to taste

In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, sugar, and gradually add the powdered milk.
Mix the dough until it doesn't stick to your hands and becomes homogeneous (the amount of powdered milk used in the recipe depends on the brand, if it has a lot of sugar it takes longer to set)
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into a circle.
Fill to taste with hazelnut cream or dulce de leche and close with a fork.
Finally, sprinkle some powdered milk.
Wrap it in a cellophane bag and tie a satin ribbon.
