- Recipe
- Condensed milk (I used box)2 unit(s)
- Sour cream (I used a box)2 unit(s)
- Powdered milk (I used nest)2 cup
- Unflavored gelatin sachet (If you don't like gelatin or its texture, just don't add it...(optional)1 unit(s)
- Water (To hydrate the gelatin)5 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate200 g
- Sour cream (box)1 unit(s)
- Hydrate the gelatin and set aside.
- Put the rest of the ingredients in the blender and hit a little until everything is mixed. Then add the gelatin that should be hydrated and melted. Gelatin can be melted in the microwave.
- Whisk a little more until well blended.
- Then place in a refractory and take the fridge for approximately 3 hours.
- After that time: make the ganache with the cream and chocolate. Melt in a bain-marie until smooth.
- Place the ganache over the mousse.
- It takes place with powdered milk, chocolate or even fruits, such as strawberries and grapes.
- Perfect dessert!
- Note: if you don't add the gelatin, it will have a creamier, less firm texture. But it's also a delight.
